Domestic Energy Assessors
As qualified Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA) we can provide an Energy Perfomance Certificate (EPC) on all types of residential property. An EPC is required before a property can be placed on the market or when a new tenancy agreement is made. The inspection involves data collection from the property which is then processed and the certificate will normally be issued within 24 working hours. The inspection normally lasts approximately 30 minutes.
